George Groves Elected to BancAlliance Board of Directors

George H. Groves, President and Chief Executive Officer was recently elected to serve as a member of the BancAlliance Board of Directors. The BancAlliance Board of Directors consists of 11 directors, including two directors recommended to the Committee by the Founding Members, seven directors drawn from nominees recommended to the Committee by all Members, and two directors recommended to the Committee by the Manager.
The BancAlliance network is a shared corporate and specialty lending platform that identifies, evaluates and refers loan and lease opportunities to its community bank members.
